My wife and I decided to take a little drive up to Pocantico Hills, NY to visit Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture. It was once part of the Rockefeller estate, being used as a dairy farm years ago; it is now a place that not only grows all types of fruits, veggies and livestock but also promotes and educates about sustainable food and agriculture.
We took an “Insider’s Tour” of the property and were able to get a great look at how Stone Barns operates its year-round farm. Here are a few frames of our beautiful day.
